Quicksilver
The son of infamous X-Men villain Magneto, Pietro Maximoff aka Quicksilver is one of the most famous marvel characters embued with the power of Super Speed. Born a mutant, Pietro's powers are a direct result of his mutant genes. He is the twin brother of mutant heavyweight Scarlet Witch. His speed makes him a worthy adversary in a fight- he is practically untouchable.
